MINI SAFARI TENTS (Sleep 2)

Brand new for summer 2025!!

We are thrilled with our new mini safari tents, the locations have been carefully selected for these beautiful tents. There are 2 of these tents, Drover's View (close to the old drove road over to Denholm) and Pheasant's Folly (in the woodland where young pheasants used to be raised). Each tent sleeps 2 people on two single beds.

Outside the tent the verandah has a covered section and the front verandah is open so that you can enjoy outdoor living in all weathers, or enjoy a glass of something nice on your deckchair while gazing at the stars above.

Like at our standard safari tents, there are beautiful views from your tent and privacy from other campers. Each tent has a thunderbox - composting loo & sink hut - and we bring drinking water and logs for your outdoor firebowl each day of your stay. Please note that for safety purposes the firebowls must stay at their set locations, but we think we've chosen those spots well!

Inside you have two single beds, bedding is provided, and wooden tables and chairs. There is a 2-ring camping stove, crockery, cutlery, pans are provided. Please bring your own towels.

From the moment you book your stay in one of woodland escapes, you can look forward to being taken care of while you unwind at Ruberslaw Wild Woods. On arrival, we provide you with a map of your walking route to your chosen tent then you can stretch your legs, walking empty-handed while we transport all of your luggage to the tent. One of us will meet you at your tent and answer any questions you may have.

Dogs are welcome and we ask that they are kept on leads at all times please.
